The CV 7236 Emerald is available in a 22ft (6.7m) layout, with a 7.3m external body length. It comes with a choice of three bunks or a double bunk model that has the option to fit a dinette under the top bunk which also converts to a bed.
In line with the rest of the Avida caravan range, the CV 7236 Emerald features sandwich panel fibreglass construction for the walls, floor and roof. According to Avida, the panels are strong, thermally efficient and light weight. The chassis is hot-dipped galvanised, with a metal under-floor finish as standard.
“The new family bunk model CV 7236 Emerald is a quality family caravan that can sleep up to six people comfortably, with plenty of choices and options to suit the customer’s needs,” Avida sales and marketing manager Billy Falconer said.
The new Emerald comes standard in ‘Tourer’ configuration but the same upgrade packs that are available across the Emerald range can be fitted and include items such as sports alloy wheels with offroad tyres, Cruisemaster CRS or XT independent coil suspension, an external shower with hot and cold water, a barbecue fitting, 160W solar system, checkerplate stone protection on the side walls, and higher ground clearance.
The layout includes a separate bathroom, a well-equipped kitchen with a microwave and a 190L fridge/freezer with Automatic Energy Selection, plus the choice of a dinette or L-shaped lounge and queen-size bed or single beds.
