Cooked elbow macaroni
Store-bought alfredo sauce
Half and half (half milk/half cream)
Optional: chopped onion, grain mustard, curry powder, three bean mix
- Cook pasta according to packet.
- Once pasta is cooked, rinse in cold water and allow to cool slightly. Mix through all the cheese, alfredo sauce and any other options.
- Put mixture into large dish and top with more grated cheese. The dish can now be covered with foil and kept in fridge or freezer, until you are ready to reheat.
- Cook in oven for 8-10 minutes on 180 degrees Celsius.
