Renowned family-owned Victorian Jayco dealership Page Bros RV is set to close.
The doors will be locked for the final time at the south-east Melbourne dealership on December 23, marking the end of a a memorable 50-year partnership between the RV retailer and Australia’s largest RV manufacturer.
As Jayco’s first dealership, Page Bros RV played a defining role in the success of the Jayco brand and in helping generations of Australians discover the joy of travel and adventure.
Following government acquisition of Page Bros’ iconic Seaford site a few years ago, and despite their best attempts, management was left with no option but to step back from the business.
The closure follows many decades of successful operation and reflects the Page family’s decision to wind down their business after an extraordinary contribution to the RV industry.
Jayco has acknowledged this dealership’s immense legacy, longstanding commitment and the strong relationships they’ve built with customers, staff, and the wider RV community.
Beyond their business achievements, Page Bros has also made a lasting impact through its support of local sporting groups and community initiatives, a reflection of the values that have always defined their family and their business.
“Page Bros RV has been part of the Jayco story since day one,” Jayco founder Gerry Ryan said. “The Page family helped build the foundations of our dealer network, and their legacy will always be part of Jayco’s history. For half a century, Page Bros has shared our passion for helping Australians get out and see this great country. We’re deeply grateful for their commitment, friendship and belief in the Jayco vision and for the support they’ve shown their local community over so many years.”
Jayco will continue to honour all relevant warranty and service commitments for customers who have purchased Jayco products through Page Bros RV, with ongoing care available through Jayco’s nationwide dealer and service network.
